Implementation of geografic information technologies in agrochemical monitoring of land resources (by the example of Chernihiv region)

Abstract
The article discusses the benefits of using GIS in the analysis of soils. Available software used for spatial analysis is illustrated. These features of the transition from traditional soil maps to geobase data, which opens wide prospects for a quick update existing soil maps, as well as combined analysis of soil resource information with information on terrain, climate and other parts of the land.
