Development of model of geo-information support for decision making in a system of territory management

Abstract

The following analysis was carried out: the analysis of vital needs of territory management on region (oblast) level which require methods and managerial procedures that would be able to function in conditions of definite uncertainty. The following peculiarities were formulated: the peculiarities of models of decision making in complicated systems such as geo-information systems in system of territory management. The evaluation of uncertainty level of matter of investigation was done, on the basis of it a conclusion was made that models of decision making have to be grounded on the basis of use of decomposition and coordination methods.
