Abstract
Quantum model of the Friedmann universe filled with the scalar field and radiation is considered. The radiation is used to define a reference frame allowing to remove an ambiguity concerning the choice of time coordinate. It is shown that if the rate of change of scalar field is small in comparison with its absolute value the quantum universe can be found in quasistationary states. In such universe the singularity problem does not arise and it can evolve in the region before the barrier with small probability of tunneling through the barrier.
