Abstract

Some results obtained by space missions to the nuclei of some periodic comets, namely the mission “Ice”, “Vega-1” and “Vega-2”, “Suisei”, “Sakigake”, “Giotto”, “Deep Space”, “Stardust”, “Deep Impact”, “Epoxy”, “Next” and the program and the scientific results of the mission “Rosetta” in the eight years of its flight to the nucleus of the comet 67P/Churyumov–Gerasimenko.

Keywords: nuclei of comets; remote space sensing
