Abstract
Two of middle-resolution optical spectra of comet C/2002 V1 (NEAT) were obtained on 27 Jan. 2003 with the help of the 2.12-m reflector of the Guillermo Haro Astrophysical Observatory. Detailed identification of the spectral emission lines was made.
