Abstract

The influence of tropospheric factors such as frontal activity, various weather and circulating conditions on quality of HF radio-astronomical observations is considered. The results received confirm the assumption of the influence of meteorological processes in the lower troposphere on a local condition of an ionosphere. The possibility of use of the meteorological forecasts for improvement of the planned radio-astronomical observations is shown.
