Abstract
Analysis of laser location observations obtained after processing in international centers are performed that allowed to elaborate a number of criteria of quality control by the precision of an individual measurement, systematic and accidental inaccuracies in time and range measuring. Such analysis allows to reveal and eliminate hardware and software defects in observations.
